brewing/tasting notes
18/12/2016 - i'm excited about this beer. the name comes from the lovely gents i'm brewing it for. the mothers of our kids are in a mothers group and to this date, none of the fathers have ever had their own shindig. i decided to change that and invited them all round for beers and food in the new year!
this beer will be similar to the stone and wood pacific although it will showcase another beautifully fruity australian hop called topaz (rather than galaxy).
