brewing/tasting notes:
05/10/2016 - today i brewed up a beer to celebrate my little boy's first birthday. i was joined by good mates Dave, and Cam, who helped me brew and had a good old catch up. i made a bit of a mistake with the mash pH being too high but i'm sure it'll still turn out great. the taste was amazing going into the fermenter.
13/11/2016 - today this was taken down to the park to celebrate miles' birthday and it was all drunk in one sitting! very excited with the response. was brewed and conditioned very quickly and there was some slight diacetyl to my tastes but people really enjoyed it. not bad for a simple recipe.
